• Once sold, tickets are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable unless the Singapore government mandates the closure of events in Singapore. All information given is correct at the time of publishing, but is subject to change without prior notice. The Promoter reserves all rights to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice, and, in the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.

Rating / Age Limit 

• This concert is recommended for ages 7 and above. 
• No admission for infant in arms and children below 7 years old. 
• Children aged 7 years old and above must purchase a ticket for admission. 
• We reserve the right to ask parents to bring children out of the hall should they be disruptive during the performance.

Admission / Re-admission 

• You are strongly advised to be seated 15 minutes before the performance start time. 
• Latecomers will only be admitted during intermission.

Photography / Recording Restrictions

• Photography, Video Recording and Audio Recording are strictly prohibited during the performance and only allowed during curtain call.
• Photographs and videos will be taken at the event in which you may appear. Such photographs and videos may be displayed or published on the organiser’s website, social media platforms, publications and publicity materials. By attending the event, you consent to the use of these photographs and videos for the foregoing purposes.
