This slow-flow yoga practice focuses on the space between each breath, blending stillness with movement and strength with softness. Through gentle postures and pauses, participants build resilience, release tension, and deepen their connection to the body, making it ideal for those seeking balance and tranquility.

About the Artist:

Sammantha is a multidisciplinary artist, performer, and certified yoga instructor whose work is deeply rooted in curiosity and personal experiences. She explores the evolving roles of the body through diverse artistic practices, treating her art as a living, dynamic entity. A graduate of LASALLE College of the Arts with a Diploma in Dance (2014) and a BA First Class Honors in Dance (2016), Sammantha spent seven years (2016–2023) as a full-time artist with Frontier Danceland. During this time, she collaborated with renowned local and international choreographers, including Low Mei Yoke, Chiew Peishan, Gabrielle Nankivell, and Thomas Lebrun, among others, enriching her practice with a global perspective.
