What did 1920s Hong Kong taste like? Join culinary legend and Consultant Master Chef Peter Tsang, who has cooked for political stalwarts and royalty, and Man Fu Yuan’s Executive Chef Aaron Tan for an exclusive journey into a bygone century of Cantonese cuisine. Through a curated menu of resurrected delicacies and live cooking demonstrations, discover the flavours of a vanished culinary era and uncover a side of Cantonese food you never knew. With Aaron’s modern twists, this experience bridges past and present on the plate.

This programme is part of A Feast of Words & Flavours – a series curated by Tan Pin Yen and Yap Seow Choong, where literature meets culinary artistry to reveal the rich stories behind regional cuisines.
