Terms of Ticket Sales:

• Once sold, tickets are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable. All information given is correct at the time of publishing, but is subject to change without prior notice. The Promoter reserves all rights to amend any terms and conditions without prior notice, and, in the event of any dispute, the Promoter’s decision is final.

Admission Rules:

• Admission to the festival/venue by full ticket only. Printed/electronic tickets must be produced for admission.
• The minimum age to attend the festival is 18 years old. Attendees may be required to show a valid photo ID at the entrance. Our festival security goes by DATE OF BIRTH so entrance is granted to anyone who turns 18 years old on 30 August 2025 and 31 August 2025 respectively.
• Due to the nature of the event location and safety concerns, wheelchairs are not permitted within the festival grounds.
• No re-entry is allowed for General Pass holders.
• No professional photography, videography and social media live streaming allowed.
• No outside food and beverage are allowed into the venue.

Wet Weather Policy:

• Our festival is a rain-or-shine event, and we’re prepared for various weather conditions. However, in the event of CAT 1 weather conditions, for the safety of our attendees, artistes, and staff, the festival will be temporarily halted until it’s safe to resume. Please note that in such circumstances, refunds will not be given. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe environment for everyone.
