Fluidity in Explosion — Workshop by Chang En

The workshop emphasises finding flow through movements by identifying the body's natural rhythm. Through a curated set of exercises, participants will explore the body's ability to stay curious while pushing its limits.

About the Artist:

Chang En began dancing ballet at the age of four and later trained with choreographers like Jeffrey Tan, Albert Tiong, and Zaki Ahmad. From 2017 to 2021, she was a key member of T.H.E Second Company, leading to her debut with T.H.E Dance Company in 2021. She officially joined the company in 2022 and has since performed locally and internationally, touring festivals like OzAsia and appearing at venues such as Scenario Pubblico and The Coronet Theatre.
