For these programmes, patrons will be required to pay a $10 refundable deposit to secure their slot. The deposit will be marked for refunds when patrons enter the programme within 10 minutes of the session's start time. No-shows or latecomers will have their $10 deposit forfeited and their slot released to walk-in patrons.
To facilitate your refund, please ensure that your ticket is verified at the entrance. Refunds will be processed within 7 - 14 working days.
